This Cancellations and Refunds policy applies to purchases made through Tweaktone Studios' website (the "Website") for music production services, including recording, mixing, mastering, and other related services (the "Services"). By making a purchase on our Website, you agree to be bound by this policy.
 

1. Cancellations

1.1. Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel your order or service booking, you must notify us at least 1 day before the scheduled appointment or commencement of the service. You may cancel your order by contacting us at tweaktonemusic@gmail.com or on +91 9915101977
 

1.2. Cancellation by Tweaktone Studios: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service booking for reasons including but not limited to technical difficulties, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Tweaktone Studios, we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time, or we will provide a full refund.
 

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be provided in accordance with the following conditions:

• If you cancel your order or service booking in accordance with section 1.1 above, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the timing of the cancellation and our refund policies.

• Refunds may not be provided for cancellations made less than [number of days] before the scheduled appointment or commencement of the service.

• No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered, including but not limited to completed recording sessions or delivered digital files.

2.3. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 1 day of approval and will be issued via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
 

3. Modifications

Tweaktone Studios reserves the right to modify or amend this Cancellations and Refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
